Galcon’s 7001 controllers are weather resistant, and therefore ideal for outdoor installation.
The controllers allow for electronic manual operation. Operating the controllers is simple with the manual operation button. Features include the option for rain-off suspension and an internal filter that is installed inside the controller. An indicator warns when the controller’s 9V alkaline battery runs low. The lifespan of the battery is up to one year.
- The timer works just like an egg timer. Twist the dial to the desired watering duration up to 120 minutes and the timer will turn itself off. The mechanical operation requires no batteries and makes this one of the easiest and quickest timers to use. It has a large dial with both timed watering and manual watering options. Timed watering can be set from 15 to 120 minutes.
